MaximITy was founded in 2000 byTracy Pound MCMI FIBC. The business was formed to provide three main services comprising IT training, consultancy and project management and with a mission to bridge the gap that exists between business and IT.Tracy has over 25 years experience in the IT industry covering both IT and operational roles. Within IT companies Tracy’s roles have involved:-

· Call centre setup and support
· Training
· Consultancy
· Project management
· Internal IT management
In the 8 years spent in the automotive manufacturing sector she has taken roles as:-
· Senior IT Manager with Tudor Webasto (sunroof manufacturer)
· Global IT Manager for BTR Anti Vibration Systems / Dunlop.
Handling an annual capital budget in excess of £8m Tracy had responsibility for the selection and implementation of a £1.4m manufacturing and accounting system in the UK which was later rolled out worldwide focussing on an ERP system called BaaN.Since commencement of trading in 2000, Tracy has trained in excess of 2000 individuals across more than 50 different companies ranging from sole traders to multi national organisations and has assisted 11 companies with consultancy and project management work. She has additionally provided consultancy under Government funding via the Chamber of Commerce to provide free IT advice and support to local businesses and has also delivered work under Business Link’s Director Development Programme. Tracy is a PRINCE2 registered practitioner and is a Quality Assured supplier on the East Midlands Service Provider Register and an Approved Supplier to West Midlands Business Link. She is also a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultants.Mission | Vision | Values |
