As part of an Investors In People initiative being managed by Meg Pringle of MPD Coaching and HR Consultancy, the IT requirements for all their staff were assessed by MaximITy and a series of training programmes was designed specifically to fit round staff and business needs.
Onsite training meant that staff did not lose valuable working time in travelling and also allowed the development of ‘live’ files based on each person’s requirement to use that package.
With a better understanding of MS products, staff at Cameron Homes are able to manage their workloads much more efficiently.
Training doesn’t need to be expensive, doesn’t need to take staff away from their workplace and doesn’t need to swallow huge segments of time. Appropriate training not only increases productivity but also morale and personal empowerment.
